We had such a fun time in May hiking Rattlesnake Ledge!
It’s considered an easy trail but is definitely uphill the entire time to the viewpoint.
The trail itself switchbacks through dense pines and has thick coverage. This was nice for blocking the sun and heat, and it made the trail seem more magical.
Hike Information:
Location: Snoqualmie Region, Washington
Length: 4 miles, roundtrip
Elevation Gain: 1160 ft.
Difficulty: Moderate, but can be difficult for those out of shape. (me!)
Note: This trail is very popular. Going early in the morning is the best way to do this trail as it gets very crowded and loud. Right now there is a trend of bringing loud speakers (?!) on trails. If you want to avoid all the noise, go as early as possible, preferably on a weekday.

We were so thankful to have Alex lead us on this trail! She not only showed us how to get there, but also challenged us to keep up with her. 😉 We are so thankful for her!
I definitely recommend this trail for people just getting to know the area or getting into hiking in general. It is easy to follow with such a splendid payoff.
Much love,
Chelsea
