Yellowstone National Park is always a favorite amongst park-goers. It has ranging sights from geysers to rivers to hot springs to lakes. We loved spending our time here and were able to enjoy each section of the park due to splitting up the park. We loved taking out time to get to know the area and enjoy each part.

Grand Teton National Park – 2017
Grand Teton National Park is incredible. It is famous for its jagged peaks and for Ansel Adams’ famous black and white photo of the range from a distance.
Our Road Trip Itinerary 2017
This past summer we spent two weeks to get from Louisiana to Seattle, Washington. This was our first prolonged road trip together and we not only survived, but we had a wonderful time! We wanted to hit up as many national parks as we could on our first road trip together, and we felt like we definitely accomplished that goal in this trip.
Avalanche Peak Hike
Our dream of climbing an actual mountain was realized in Yellowstone National Park on the Avalanche Peak Hike. This hike took us 4.5 hours of strenuous, high inclines. This trail tested everything in me (Chelsea), but it was so worth it!

Sun, sand, and… mountains?
This past August (2017) we moved across the country from Louisiana to Washington state. On the way up we decided to turn a 35 hour trip into a 2 week long road trip to different national parks. Our first park was Great Sand Dunes National Park.
